- Send SMS/text message updates about your service request

SMS/Text Messaging
We use an AI-powered dispatch platform to send text message notifications related to your service request. These messages may include:
- Technician ETA and arrival notifications
- Job status updates and completion confirmations
- Service summaries and work order links
Message frequency varies based on your service request, typically 3 to 8 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance.
Mobile opt-in data and consent information is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Call Recording
Calls to our service line may be recorded and handled by an automated assistant. A disclosure is provided at the beginning of every call per California Penal Code Section 632.
Data Retention
- Call recordings are retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted
- Service records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
- SMS consent records are retained for the duration of the business relationship
