These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Wabi Sabi Contractors, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, phone services, and text message communications.
Services
Wabi Sabi Contractors, LLC is a C-27 licensed landscape contractor operating in San Diego County, California. We provide landscape construction, maintenance, and emergency response services.
SMS and Text Message Communications
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following:
- We may send you text messages related to your service request, including technician dispatch alerts, ETA notifications, arrival and completion confirmations, and service summaries.
- Message frequency varies based on your service request, typically 3 to 8 messages per request.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- You can get help by replying HELP to any message or contacting us at jesse@wabisabipros.com.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing our services.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Payments
We are the merchant of record for all transactions. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By approving a rate for emergency services, you authorize a charge to your payment method.
Emergency Services
For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 immediately. Our emergency dispatch service is for property and equipment emergencies only.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including delays in service delivery.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with jurisdiction in San Diego County.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
